***How to prepare:
1. Place the dried pea flowers (4-5 flowers) in a cup of hot water.
2. Wait 3-5 minutes and you will get blue water.
3. If you like the sour taste, add a drop of lemon juice
(The water will change from blue to purple)
4. If you like sweetness- add sugar or honey to get better taste. (Cold drink: add ice according to personal taste)
5. Hot drinks: such as tea
